These terms describe the rules for using StreamInk as a studio operations platform.

Use of StreamInk
StreamInk is provided for tattoo studios and authorized team members. You are responsible for keeping your account secure, using accurate information, and ensuring that your studio has permission to process lead, customer, payment, and messaging data through StreamInk.
Studio content and customer data
Studios remain responsible for the content, customer data, images, messages, bookings, and business records they add to StreamInk or connect through third-party integrations.
Messaging, calls, payments, and integrations
StreamInk may connect to third-party services such as messaging providers, calendar providers, phone systems, payment processors, and analytics tools. Use of those integrations may also be subject to the provider's own terms and platform rules.
AI-assisted features
AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. Studio users should review messages, recommendations, summaries, and coaching output before acting on them or sending them to customers.
Availability and support
We work to keep StreamInk reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Support is available at /support.
Privacy and deletion
