Email support@streamink.co with your studio name, account email, and a short description of the issue.

Studio users can also submit a support ticket inside StreamInk from the Support area. Include screenshots when reporting AI, messaging, calendar, payment, or upload issues.

Expected response time

We aim to respond to urgent operational issues within one business day. Billing, configuration, and general product questions are handled as quickly as possible based on impact.
