This policy explains how StreamInk handles personal data for studio teams, leads, customers, and app users.

Overview

StreamInk is a business platform for tattoo studios. We process data to provide lead management, messaging, booking, calendar, payment, education, support, and automation tools.

Data we collect

  • Account data such as name, email address, phone number, authentication details, role, and studio membership.
  • Studio data such as studio name, artists, services, opening hours, settings, onboarding details, and integrations.
  • Lead and customer data entered by studios or received through connected channels, including names, contact details, tattoo inquiries, messages, bookings, notes, reference images, and communication history.
  • Payment and billing data processed through Stripe and related payment providers.
  • Calendar data when a studio connects Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or another supported calendar provider.
  • Files and media uploaded by users, including support screenshots, portfolio images, lead reference images, and coaching recordings.
  • Device, usage, and log data such as IP address, browser, app version, diagnostics, error logs, and security events.
  • Camera, microphone, and photo library access only when a user chooses to upload media, attach photos, save items, or use calling/coaching features.

How we use data

  • Provide and secure the StreamInk app and dashboard.
  • Support studio lead workflows, booking, messaging, calendars, payments, education, coaching, and support.
  • Operate automations and AI-assisted features requested or configured by a studio.
  • Troubleshoot, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.
  • Meet legal, tax, accounting, security, and platform policy obligations.

Service providers

StreamInk may use trusted service providers for hosting, databases, authentication, email, analytics, payments, messaging, calendar sync, calling, storage, AI processing, and internal operations. These providers only receive the information needed to operate their part of the service.

AI features

Some StreamInk features use AI to help classify messages, draft replies, analyze performance, triage support requests, or coach users. Studios remain responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output before relying on it for customer communication or business decisions.

Retention and deletion

We keep data for as long as needed to provide StreamInk, support studios, maintain audit logs, and meet legal or billing obligations. Users can request account or data deletion at /account-deletion. Some business records may need to be retained where required by law, fraud prevention, payment records, or legitimate studio account administration.
